I just heard this, could be that I’m one of the last to hear about it, and that wouldn’t be the first time 
….appearantly, just like with the PvP Healing debuff not affecting the PW:S, which was a nice thing of course, they made the same mistake in ICC. I’m only assuming this will be fixed soon also. Just for now, don’t think it’s you when you see your performance drop vs those of the other healers.
